Mission:
EliteCyber were hired to perform a search for a Principal Customer Success Manager in Italy by an award-winning Hypergrowth XDR Vendor that EliteCyber have partnered with for 2 years and built their GTM teams across EMEA, US & Asia. As part of their continuous growth, the vendor was looking to hire a Principal Customer Success Manager for the Italian market. The Principal Customer Success Manager’s primary role is to own the customer relationships and nurture newly won enterprise accounts.
Search:
EliteCyber conducted a refined search based on previous missions conducted in Italy and reconnected with a candidate who was undeniably the perfect fit. Following the discovery call, it was explained that for family reasons the candidate was looking to relocate to Spain. Rather than eliminate the candidate from the process, EliteCyber proposed a bespoke solution to enable the candidate to be considered.
Outcome:
After comparing 3 other Italy based Candidates introduced by EliteCyber, the XDR vendor agreed with the proposal from EliteCyber to expand the role to include coverage for Spain and successfully onboarded the ‘perfect fit’ candidate through an incubator model that EliteCyber facilitated. This model allowed the vendor to reduce administrative costs, delivered a payroll capability and create a country specific employment contract.

Customer Success Manager - Hyper-Growth XDR Vendor

Mission:
We partnered with a Threat Detection MQ leader and have filled over 40 positions in the last two years. Our client needed support on the LATAM market, they were looking for a Regional Sales Director as the ‘first boots on the ground’ based in Mexico. As a Regional Sales Director (IC) they would develop the channel ecosystem in Mexico, develop a strong 2023 pipeline and sell directly to C-level, then build an in-country sales team in other LATAM territories.
Search:
The ideal candidate needed to have a minimum of 3 years of experience selling solutions such as XDR, UEBA, SIEM and SOAR preferably from a direct competitor. To create a continuous stream of A-player introductions, we engaged with our existing network and requested referrals to passive talent and performed daily headhunting activities. A deep analysis of the competitor landscape enabled us to provide a full report on salary benchmarks and Total Addressable Market.
Outcome:
After conducting over 30 interviews with talent sourced from referrals, headhunting and utilizing LATAM focused advertising platforms, 10 were shortlisted, 6 clients interviews process took place before the final selection was made. In each step of the process, we conducted a VC to coach our candidates to give them the best chance of success. The candidate selected had an engineering background, allowing him to understand threat detection solutions, demonstrate the product and succeed without a locally based Sales Engineer.

Latam Sales Manager - Threat Detection Vendor

Overview:
34 Hires across 10 countries for a Pre-IPO Series C Threat Detection Vendor
Mission:
EliteCyber were approached on an exclusive basis to aggressively scale up a Pre-IPO Series C Threat Detection Vendor whose service offering includes SOAR & XDR. After a successful 2021, and finishing for the 4 th year in a row as a Leader in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant EliteCyber were tasked with headhunting 30 new growth hires for 5 teams across the whole business for individual contributor and strategic leadership positions. This included Mid-Senior, Director Level and VP roles for 5 business units.
Search:
After listening to our clients ambitious growth plans, EliteCyber designed a comprehensive recruitment plan which outlined how we will effectively deliver these requirements. The proposal was designed to reduce the recruitment cycle whilst sustaining an exceptional candidate experience. We were tasked to mature their Customer Success, Technical PreSales, New Business Sales, Professional Services & Product Management. We presented a comprehensive report on the talent market for all 30 hires for Germany, Netherlands, US, UK, Dubai, Italy and France which included salary reviews and competitor analysis. We also presented talent into 3 countries where our client had no official business entity, including Singapore, Japan & Switzerland.
Outcome:
EliteCyber conducted interviews with 102 Candidates from which 34 candidates were successfully placed. We had successfully reached our target of 21 days to complete the full interview processes for each role. 64% of the total placements were headhunted from direct competitors within Gartner’s Magic Quadrant, this has cemented our client’s position as a leader within their field.

Global Key Account - Multiple Project Manager

Overview:
Senior Product Manager for Series A IAM Vendor – San Francisco, USA
Mission:
EliteCyber were working on a contingent basis with a Pre-IPO IAM and Threat Detection Vendor to search specifically in the West Coast of USA for a Senior Product Manager. The Senior Product Manager would be the first on the ground, working very closely with the VP of Product Management and communicating with all stakeholders to improve the offering, create the best user experience and define products to ensure they are tuned in with customers and the market.
Search:
Following in-depth discussions, including current hiring processes, interview structure, culture, and the role itself, with the VP of Product Management, EliteCyber conducted a tailored search, going beyond the job description to be more focused on who would be the best fit with both experience and culture. Working closely with the VP we were able to advise her at each stage in the process on how to secure the best staff, interview processes and salary benchmarking.
Outcome:
We had 86 candidates within our network located in the West Coast of USA, we identified 8 that would be a match for the specific requirements of this role from which 4 were presented as a final shortlist to the VP of Product Management. EliteCyber provided an in-depth review of each candidate to ensure that they were a great fit. A Senior Product Manager based in San Francisco, USA from a leading IAM competitor was made an offer after 2 weeks and started with them shortly after.

Product Manager - USA Series A Identity Vendor

Mission:
EliteCyber were engaged on a retained basis to perform a Global search for a Chief Product Officer by a Pre-IPO Security Vendor whose service offering includes Threat Intelligence, Digital Risk Protection, Managed Detection & Response and Fraud Detection. The CPO would operate in a hybrid function managing a combined Product Development and Professional Services workforce of 300+ in multiple time zones. Taking overall responsibility for launching new Products and Services, the CPO also needed to demonstrate their mentorship capabilities in enabling an inexperienced middle management team.
Search:
Through a collaborative process, EliteCyber refined the qualification criteria, interview and presentation structure to reduce time-to-hire and establish cultural compatibility at an early stage. A comprehensive report on the addressable talent market for the CPO profile was presented covering the US, UK, Dubai and Singapore, which included salary review, competitor analysis and talent pool metrics.
Outcome:
EliteCyber conducted interviews with 34 Candidates from which 4 were identified, presented as a final shortlist. EliteCyber provided consultation and analysis for each Candidate to ensure their presentations met the qualification criteria and addressed strategic objectives. A Chief Strategy Officer with a technical background from a California HQ Threat Detection Vendor was selected.
