About the Regional Sales Director – DACH

Managing an individual and team sales quota, you will execute a GtM strategy to expand revenue from existing accounts and acquire new accounts, with a focus on the Industrial sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Coach and lead the sales team on best practices including adoption of MEDPPICC and devise innovative methods to attract new customers.
  • Lead from the front, utilise your existing contact network to onboard new customers.
  • Ensure accurate forecasts and CRM hygiene maintenance.
  • Collaborate with Global Partner and Marketing team to identify new strategic partners to facilitate opportunities in Enterprise Industrial segments.
Experience:
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience with 5+ years in Cybersecurity / OT Security Vendor in a leadership or mentoring capacity
  • Extensive contact network in Industrial sector; KRITIS, Automotive, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Transportation, Pharmaceutical etc.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
